If you have any information regarding any of these accidents or other information, you may contact the firm by emailing here or calling (850) 871-5000
We are investigating insurance companies in Florida that act as sureties for the execution of bail bonds. We are reviewing cases in which outstanding judgments have not been paid by these companies in all counties of Florida. If you have any information concerning the foregoing, please email or call our investigators.
We are involved in railroad train vs. car/pedestrian accident cases. We need your help in identifying dangerous crossings where visibility is inadequate to see approaching trains. Railroads enjoy extensive immunity from responsibility for accidents involving their trains and crossings. The community however, can mobilize and force the railroads to adequately maintain their right-of-ways. In addition, where railroads refuse to upgrade their crossing warning devices, counties and cities can post additional warning signs to help avoid tragic accidents and resulting death. If you know of a dangerous intersection, notify us and we will photograph it and notify the appropriate authorities. In addition, we will post a dangerous intersection map to warn others.
