January 8, 2008 - Our client was traveling south on Blair Stone Road in Tallahassee in a 2002 Dodge truck and had stopped for traffic ahead. The driver of a 2002 Honda was also traveling south on Blair Stone Road as well, but was in the outside lane. The Honda was directly behind our client and struck the rear of our client's Dodge. April 29, 2008 approximately 8:46 AM - Our client was a passenger in a hotel shuttle van in Tallahassee. After picking up passengers, the employee / driver began driving erratically. The hotel shuttle van was traveling south on High Road approaching the intersection with Myrick Avenue when the van picked up speed and went out of control. After the van's front tire hit a curb, the van ran off the road and into a tree in the yard at 2116 High Road. Our client sustained serious injuries to the knee and hip. |
