We are investigating insurance companies in Florida that act as sureties for the execution of bail bonds. We are reviewing cases in which outstanding judgments have not been paid by these companies in all counties of Florida. September 17, 2007 at 10:56 AM - Our clients, both Florida residents, were traveling south on US 431 about 14 miles outside of Dothan, Alabama, at the intersection of US 431 and Cleveland Street. They were stopped at a red traffic light when they were hit from behind by a dump truck.
February 20, 2008 - Our client is a truck driver with 28 years of accident-free driving. While driving in Eufala, Alabama, another vehicle suddenly swerved into his lane and collided with his truck. Although our client was wearing his seatbelt, he was seriously injured and has been unable to work as a truck driver since the accident.
April 11, 2009 - Our client and her family were visiting in St. Louis, MO and were staying at the Drury Inn (Chesterfield). Client was exiting the elevator when she slipped and fell on a freshly mopped, and still wet, marble floor. As a result, she severely aggrivated prior back surgery and sustained new injuries to her back.
October 2, 2009, early afternoon - Our client was traveling south on I-95 driving her 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. Traffic ahead was backed up so she slowed down and was hit from behind by the driver of a 1998 Nissan. Client was seen at Jefferson Memorial Hospital ER with neck & shoulder pain.
December 18, 2009 around 5:30 PM - Client was traveling north on US 29 in Covington County, Alabama when the driver of a semi-truck & trailer pulled out of a store parking lot into the path of our client's on-coming 2008 Lexus. Our client was unable to stop in time and hit the semi-truck's trailer, crushing the front of the Lexus. Client was transported to Andalusia Regional Hospital via ambulance. |
