Florida Helmet Law – Bicycle

The law says that if you’re under 16 years of age, you must wear an approved helmet when you’re riding a bicycle.

I’m a cyclist. Many of my partners in this law firm are cyclists. You should always wear a helmet when riding your bicycle, whether you’re 16 or 60 or 76.
