Contingency fee means we don’t work by the hour. We don’t charge by the hour. Whether or not we’re successful in a case, we only charge a fee. That fee is a percentage of the final recovery in the case. But only if the case is successfully handled.

Also, some cases require the expenses or “costs.” That is money spent to pursue the case. Those costs we advance to the client and those costs are not charged to the client unless the case is successful.
