Is it important to retain an attorney for my Florida motorcycle accident case?

Retain an Attorney?

I wouldn’t necessarily say “retain.”

Retain implies an up-front fee. In personal injury law, we don’t normally work that way. We work on a contingency fee basis. No costs at all to you unless we win your case.

I would, however, absolutely encourage you to go speak to a board certified civil trial lawyer. A lawyer that specializes in those areas. It’s not going to cost you anything to speak to one of us. We’re going to be able to tell you what your rights and obligations are.

So, I would advise you whether it’s a motorcycle accident case, a car accident case, a bicycle case, a trip and fall — if you’ve got questions, go and talk to a qualified attorney.

Costs you nothing.
