Accept A Settlement?

It’s impossible to answer based on that limited information. It depends on what your injuries are. And what compensation is being offered.

The question of whether you should even consider a settlement is dependent on your recovery. Have you recovered fully, physically, emotionally from your injuries? And if not, then it’s too soon to be worried about a settlement. Or worry about an offer that the insurance company has made me.
