Texting & Driving

That’s a loaded question, isn’t it?

If you text and drive, you can kill somebody else. You can kill yourself. Don’t text and drive.

If you’re just worried about, what are your consequences? Currently in 2020, in the state of Florida, officers can give you a primary ticket for texting and driving. So,  you can get a ticket and you have some points assessed against your driver’s license. But more importantly, the consequences of texting and driving can be deadly.
