Who can be considered liable in a Florida bicycle accident?

Our firm has represented cyclists who have been injured because of barricades set up on a road that blocked the passageway of cyclists. We’ve certainly sued motorists who aren’t paying attention and run into cyclists. Drivers who don’t give cyclists enough clearance when passing — we’ve sued them. We’ve sued pedestrians who step out in front of bicyclists.

The answer is, if someone was negligent, if some entity or business caused you to get injured on your bicycle, that entity or person is a potential defendant.
