Not necessarily. And in my professional opinion, you hope not. Hopefully, you don’t have to have a expert witnesses to explain to a jury what the business did wrong. Hopefully, six people on the jury say, “Oh my gosh, you mean that really happened?” And so, yes, you might need expert witnesses, but not in all cases.
